Are my medical details confidential?

Yes. They are known only to me and are not stored on any computer.

What if I need to cancel an appointment?

If you need to cancel please give at least 24 hours notice otherwise there will be a 50% cancellation fee. If you need to cancel but make another appointment there will be no fee. If you book an appointment but don’t turn up the full fee will be payable.

How can I pay?

I can only accept cash or cheque, to be paid after each treatment.

Can I buy gift vouchers?

Vouchers are available for special occasions, birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas etc. Please contact me to arrange
